Talk about setting myself up for a fall! I got to day 2 and then I pretty much crumbled.

In June 2014 I promised my readers a post for every stone I lost as I bravely marched forward with my plan to lose a whopping 7.5 stone. By December I had lost 2 stone 6lbs and since? Well, I have pretty much maintained that loss but also seem to have lost determination to continue on my mission.
For those not in the ‘Jen the Red’ loop, I started my weight loss journey in June with an initial target of 3 stone and promised my readers a post for every stone I lose. Well, here I am as promised over 2 stone down and with a big smile across my face!
I just had to run for the train and as I sprinted in desperation to get there on time I realised… I can run! My belly is no longer rebounding up and down vigorously causing my leggings to fall down. Im knackered and it is still tough but the fact remains. I ran today.
Having previously lost 2 stone on Slimming World a few years ago and maintained that loss by continuing to cook healthy meals, I have much love for this diet. Actually, scratch that term, Slimming World is a way of life, an education in food and how to still live and lose weight at the same time!
I have decided to do something very brave and set myself a challenge. Tomorrow I start my weight loss journey but that is not the part that scares me, in fact I am pretty excited! The scary part is that I have decided to share my experience with the world – well with the portion of the world that chooses to read my itty bitty blog. Every time I lose a stone, I am going to write a post about my experience so far. The hope is that you can witness my journey to success and by exposing my intentions to you all this will give me the boost and encouragement I need and, in turn, inspire others like me to take action.
